Department Responsibilities

The Department of Economic and Community Development is responsible for:

• Code Enforcement & Planning 
• Loan programs for both economic and community development
• Town-wide mapping
• Day to day management of the Renaissance Center
• Day to day management of the two industrial parks, Northgate and Southgate
• Day to day management of the Municipal Building.
