    New this year, it is replacing the former FAB Fair. This is great for networking, and is going to be a grate trade show for the region. There will be a list available at check in of all businesses who are hiring. As well as booths with job opportunities will be marked with a balloon.   3. Legacy Planning: Taking the First Steps

    April 24, 2019, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. @ University of Maine Cooperative Extension Somerset County

    Presenter Jessica Leahy is president of Maine Woodland Owners and a professor at the University of Maine School of Forest Resources. For this event, Jessica will instruct participants in how to build a foundation and get started as you think about the future of your land. Perhaps, you would like to sell, or give it to a family member, or put it into a conservation easement – Jessica will speak about the conversations that folks need to have with counterparts, when and if it makes sense to get other organizations involved, and will walk participants through the planning resource Your Land, Your Legacy. Each person who attends this event will go home with a copy of this booklet and a clear plan on how to get started. A light dinner will be provided. Pure fun and great food while trying to solve the mystery. The evening will be filled with outrageous humor, twists and plot turns, a great meal shared with your fellow award and of course.....the solving of a murder. Meal consists of homemade bread, a salad course, entree of your choice: Chicken Piccatta on a bed of linguine, Beef Tenderloin w a red wine sauce and creamy garlic mashed potato or a Lemony Feta Linguine w garlic asparagus and your choice of 2 desserts
