EMDC AND SBA TO HOLD OPEN FORUM FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

Bangor—Small business owners looking to know more about how the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) can help them will be able to get answers on April 1 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at EMDC’s Harlow Street office in Bangor. EMDC and the SBA are hosting an open forum that provides an opportunity for small business owners to talk directly with the SBA and to find out what programs and services are available from the SBA .

The U.S. Small Business Administration helps businesses start, grow and expand through loan guarantees, access to the federal contracting marketplace, export finance and disaster assistance. The agency also provides FREE technical assistance through its network of resource partners at the local, municipal, state and federal levels.

Additional forums are planned for May 6 and June 10.
