(Skowhegan – August 13, 2014) Spectrum Generations will be hosting a presentation on V.A. benefits and Medicare benefits in its Somerset Center at 30 Leavitt St. in Skowhegan. The public is invited to join us for this informative presentation on Tuesday August 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. You may be entitled to money savings benefits—come find out if you qualify!
Conrad Edwards, your local Veterans Benefits Officer will provide an overview of benefits and services you may qualify for as a veteran or widow of a veteran. He can also answer questions on how the Affordable Care Act affects veterans. Theresa Gogan, our Aging and Disabilities Resource Counselor (ADRC) will be joining him to give updates on current Medicare Money Saving Benefits, Medicare’s Annual Wellness Visit, and Medicare Preventive Benefits.
