September 23 at 5:00 p.m. in the council room of the Municipal Building we will be holding a Design Meeting with the architects Ellen Angel and Michael Pullen for the town wide Façade program. This is an informational meeting that will cover topics such as how Skowhegan looks then and now, understanding commercial buildings, standards for rehabilitation, resources and funding options. This information is good for anyone looking to do improvements to their buildings town wide. We welcome everyone to come joins us!
