SSF is a full service wellness facility dedicated to all for health benefits. We strive to provide a non-intimidating atmosphere for all fitness levels. In trying to have “something for everyone” we are constantly upgrading and listening to our members’ suggestions. We have recently undergone a facelift adding new equipment and newly constructed rooms for your best fitness experience. Our locker rooms are comfortable and each locker room has a steam room and sauna for relaxation.
