Real estate developer Dana Cassidy has an eye for ‘fixer- uppers’ and has already started improvements to the Skowhegan Village Plaza retail center.

If anyone is looking for a new space to start a business Dana has some prime real estate. He is also willing to customize the space for prospective tenants, and willing to do it in phases that are affordable to the new tenant.

Some improvement he has already accomplished in his short time at the Skowhegan Plaza includes repaving the parking lot, re-landscaping and improving the façade of the facility. This winter he is looking at changing out all the existing lighting and replacing with LED lights, also putting in new ceilings and other maintenance needs.
