PUBLIC NOTICE
Traffic changes on the following streets effective April 26, 2017.
• Gem Street and Cowette Street will be two-way traffic. However, no traffic will be able to enter onto Gem Street or Cowette Street from North Avenue.
• No left-hand turn onto Madison Avenue from Cleveland Street.
• Turns from either direction will be allowed onto Cleveland Street from Madison Avenue.
• Reminder there is no left-hand turn onto Locust Street from Madison Avenue. This is not a new change.
