PUBLIC NOTICE
Traffic changes on the following streets effective May 5, 2017.
- Gem Street and Cowette Street will be two-way traffic. However, no traffic will be allowed to enter Cowette Street from North Avenue. Gem Street will be closed to thru-traffic (open to local-traffic only)**.
- Cleveland Street and Greenwood Avenue will be closed to thru-traffic (open to local-traffic only)**.
- No left-hand turn onto Madison Avenue from Cleveland Street.
- Turns from either direction will be allowed onto Cleveland Street from Madison Avenue.
- Reminder there is no left-hand turn onto Locust Street from Madison Avenue. This is not a new change.

**This is to allow access for the people who live on those streets as well as easier access for customers to get to the businesses that are located on those streets.
