The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician Float will report to the QA Team Lead and QA Manager, and will perform all assigned QA activities that support and maintain company standard operating procedures and applicable regulatory food safety guidelines. Meets daily or as needed with QA Team Leader and QA Manager regarding departmental status and strategy. Will primarily cover all QA Technician and Pest Control Technician jobs on all shifts. Monitor production activities and pest control (incl Glass,Plastic and brittle material program) for compliance to standards. Sample, test, audit and monitor to verify that all processes, procedures and products are being manufactured in a safe & compliant manner. Perform in-process checks and tests for conformance.
