The Town of Skowhegan is excited to announce that we have become recertified in the National Flood Insurance Program Community Rating System.   We are again certified as a Class 8 Community which means that homeowners in town that carry flood insurance can receive up to a 10% discount on their flood insurance policy premiums.  Make sure to talk with your insurance agent about receiving this discount if you haven’t already.
