Quick Tips:

Search Tab

To search for a parcel’s information can be looked up by either the owner name, map & lot or physical address in the search bar.

Layer Tab

You can add Shoreland and Flood Zone information by clicking on the layers in the Layers Tab at the top, which will add the zone information to the current view.

Tools Tab

To print the parcel information you are viewing, please be aware that the program will create a PDF of the Map; then in the same screen under the print button a PDF titled Skowhegan GIS will appear. You can click on this PDF and it will open into a new window for you to review, then if the image is the correct information this screen will give the option to print the document.

To find Abutter Information for a parcel, first click the Abutters tab then the selection button and select the parcel(s). Next select the buffer distance and click the Buffer Button. A list will generate of the parcels in the buffer distance selected. This list can exported and opened in excel for mailing or application purposes.
