2023 Façade Historical Project Reference Requirements
For any and all contractors submitting bids for Façade Project # 6 will be required to show that they have done past projects of this type of work; meaning historical standard quality of work on historical properties

A minimum of three (3) past projects within the last 24 months, of the same type of work as in the scope of work for these projects is required. This documentation MUST be submitted with your bid for the project or the bid will not be accepted.
